| Welcome to the Otaku-Kai • Kern County's #1 Anime Club Website •
From Bakersfield to Boron and Lost Hills to Lebec, the Otaku-Kai (anime club) strives to provide information on anime related events and industry happenings in and around the Kern County area.
In other wards, the Otaku-Kai is an association of like minded individuals who enjoy sharing their love of Japanese animation, comics, cosplay, history, philosophy, food and just about anything else that's related to Japanese popular culture. Why? There are many reasons to enjoy what we do. However, our little club in Lake Isabella has a lofty goal in all of this. We want to help unite Kern County's anime fan base (Otaku like you and I), get them "Fired-Up!" and more involved in their own local clubs (and ours). We'd also like to be the driving force that helps to bring a yearly anime convention to the Bakersfield area. |
Up Coming Club Meetings Club meetings and screenings are scheduled for Saturday morning July 31th at 10:00 am [all ages].
